  • What type of water can I use for my ironing machine?

    Bottled water can be used safely.

  • What should I do before using the iron for the first time?

    The first time you use the iron, the steam may not be perfectly clean. This is due to the evaporation of the substances used in the various mechanical processes. We therefore recommend not directing the first jets of steam directly onto the garments to be ironed, but keeping a piece of cloth handy.

    Furthermore, it is important to keep in mind that after a long interruption in ironing, the first jets of steam may carry drops of water, so wait until the steam comes out completely dry and sprays outside the work surface.

  • Does the tank need to be emptied after each use?

    No, we recommend emptying the boiler only if the appliance is to remain inactive for very long periods of time.

  • Is it possible to refill the boiler while in use?

    To refill the boiler, you need to turn it off and wait for it to cool. Once it has started to cool, you can unscrew the cap and fill it with water. 

    The only model that can be refilled during use is the Infinity steam generator.

  • Can descaling products be used in steam generators?

    No, it is not advisable to use any type of chemical product to clean the boiler.

  • How long can I iron with a 1-litre boiler?

    Ironing time is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. However, the ironing time may vary depending on the material being ironed, the amount of steam used, etc.

  • My steam iron produces steam mixed with water. What can I do?

    It's possible that more water than permitted was added during filling, so the problem will persist until the excess water is removed. Empty the machine of excess water (carefully follow the venting instructions before opening the boiler cap).

  • I need a pump manual, how can I get it?
